AudioGraph International, LLC. (also known as AGI, LLC) (“AGI,” “we,” “us” or “our”), is committed to making your experience online satisfying and safe. Your privacy on the Internet is of the utmost importance to us. The AudioGraph International (AGI) Website privacy policy establishes how the users’ personal identifying information is collected and used according to the terms and regulations of privacy stipulated in the law. AGI’s main purpose in issuing this policy is for AGI’s customers and Website visitors to feel safe and confident in sharing their personal information. Through this policy, we assure our clients that we will never sell, rent, or compromise their data, in any way, to marketers or anyone with commercial intentions.

  • You can navigate freely on our Website, and no personal information is asked from you unless you click on the ‘Register’ bottom requesting us to get in contact to provide you with further details. AGI’s contact form will pop-up when you click the ‘Register’ bottom. We may ask for your name, company name, email address, best contact phone number, what class interest you the most, another type of training you may be interested in, your audio interest, and how you heard about us. We at AGI will keep our Website privacy policy up-to-date according to the business’ changes.

 

Element Two: Record Keeping, Security and Cookies
  • When you register, and subscribe to our Website we will collect your personally identifying information and the following is what we may do with the information gathered: 

    • ​We may use the information to improve our products and services. We may periodically send promotional emails about new products, special offers or other information which we think you may find interesting using the email address which you have provided. From time to time, we may also use your information to contact you for market research purposes. We may contact you by email, phone, fax, or mail. We may use the information to customize the website according to your interests.

    • ​We are committed to ensuring that your information is secure. In order to prevent unauthorized access or disclosure, we have put in place suitable physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online.

  • AGI uses two types of cookies, Session (Transient) and Persistent: Session cookies are erased when the user closes its browser, and do not collect information from the computer. The Persistent (Permanent/Stored) cookies are stored in the hard drive until they expire or until there are deleted. These cookies are used to collect identifying information about the user. We use Persistent cookies to identify which pages are being used. This helps us analyze data about web page traffic and improve our website in order to tailor it to customer needs. We only use this information for statistical analysis purposes. Overall, cookies help us provide you with a better website, by enabling us to monitor which pages you find useful and which you do not.
